Colorado is another state that not only backs medical-marijuana but a state that has been closely watching Prop. 19 with much interest. If the legalization proposition in California is passed and is a solution to their ever-climbing fiscal challenges, then Colorado could most definitely be the next to follow suit. In an effort to allow more access to medicinal marijuana, Colorado has recently waived the $90 application fee for the state's medical-marijuana registry for people who are found to be in need of assistance from the state government. Though this is not an overall removal of the fee for application, it is awesome to see the poor get some pot.
